Although closed for the holidays I placed my order anyways. When open there was fast delivery. This occasion was a death of an immediate family member, and the bracket picked was right on. The item was more then expected. Thank you for taking care of us in a difficult time.

The basket itself was very nice. However, since you used Canada Post for shipment of the gift, no delivery occurred. The recipient was required to travel to the Post Office to retrieve the gift and had to do so under a deadline. This greatly reduced enjoyment of the gift.

We always use Glitter Baskets for gifts. They are fantastic! Extremely reliable. Very friendly and constantly communicating with us. They respond immediately, and their baskets are consistently filled with quality products. When I say 'filled' I mean FILLED, not stuffed with paper. ZERO STARS!!!! Clear delivery instructions for a physical retail address (open 8am-10pm), yet the package was dumped in an inaccessible mailbox. My recipients never received their Christmas gift on time. I sent THREE emails to Glitter Basket about this disaster. ZERO responses. Complete radio silence. This company failed to follow basic instructions, ruined a holiday gift, and then ignored every attempt at communication. Their negligence and non-existent customer service are absolutely inexcusable.

The customer service was excellent. I ordered three Christmas baskets for three different cities . They all arrived on time/early. Everyone was pleased with them. It is definitely my go-to for all of my out-of-town baskets.
