We don't know what happened with your service! We ordered from you at Christmas without any issues! At the beginning of March, ordered a basket for Mom's Birthday. Specifically, chose you as you "apparently" were based in Moncton. The basket arrived a week late, was sent by Canada Post, and came from Quebec! We will not be using you again as the delivery was horrible and extremely slow!

Great looking basket. Very easy to navigate website. Add ons were very convenient to add as extras. Delivery was fast and free. My only thought was if the basket was assembled the way it looked online. Don’t know if it needed some assembly, I added balloon, chocolate and cream for mommy
