An undetermined error caused Glitter Baskets to send my order to the wrong address. I cancelled immediately after email confirmation indicated that the item was headed to my home address rather than the intended recipient. The process was not simple and weeks later I’m waiting for a refund that will be reduced by $40 for return shipping. Not a great experience.

A little overpriced but a good selection of vegan products. Communication from vendor was excellent good and very prompt.

Customer care is great. Shipping and delivery was good. Basket size is small for the price. Basket content is worth like $ 30 or so.

Great seller,Fast reply everything went well

This was my first order with Glitter Baskets and I found the site to be user friendly for the most part with the one exception when it came to the personalization option. At checkout, this falls under "added sibling option" and I could not find a way to confirm/check my personalization request. I tried the "chat" option for help and it took too long so I ended up restarting my order.

My basket was delivered as boxes and left in the lobby, the picture on the website is quite misleading as to the expectation of what it will look like.
