I received the best customer service from the support staff, who was able to predict the best size for me. I got the long outback jacket. I am 5ft 2 and typically wear a size 10-12. The XS fits me perfect, very flattering on the waist and the length comes down to about the bottom of my calf. I was worried about the jacket being heavy or to warm but all I can say is, its perfect in all ways. I love it. It's definitely an investment piece that is timeless. If your hesitating, just contact the team for advise, its a great jacket. I got it for dog walks, however I wear it daily to my work.
