I had a few orders over the Christmas period, and given the busy time of year, I was pleased with their service and quick delivery. Even when they gave a heads-up that there could be a couple of days' delay due to the high volume of orders, they still kept on top of it. The extra packaging and free delivery were greatly appreciated. Nothing was breaking my precious jars of fragrance!

I ran across Glasshouse candles at a florists shop by my house. Forever Florence is my favorite scent so far. I ordered a fragrance sampler and more candles for myself and I'm in heaven. We had a little order mix up but they were really responsive and got everything squared away quickly.

My wife loves the Glasshouse Fragrances candles. I purchased her another direct online from Glasshouse for Christmas. It was a pleasant surprise that the candle I ordered would also come with a complimentary gift of a smaller candle in a new fragrance. My wife loved her present. Yesterday, I realized we didn’t have the complimentary gift. I’m not sure what happened. So, I messaged Glasshouse. They responded in minutes, not days. In a second message they told me the complimentary gift we were missing is on its way and yet another complimentary gift was being included as well. Now that is how customer service should work! Justine was great, and got the job done. The products are outstanding for their wonderful fragrances and beauty. Glasshouse has the most amazing fragrances! had an issue with delivery by no fault of Glasshouse but fault of the delivery carrier. Glasshouse stepped in very quickly and resolved the issue. Great company all the way around! Definitely will be a customer for life.
