I bought a couple of Glasshouse Reed Diffusers this spring and fell in love. They had the best scents, had great throw and lasted so long! So I bought more. The second time around, I could barely smell them. I tried frequent flipping and even bought new reeds, but nothing helped much. I reached out to Glasshouse, and explained the situation. After sending over a bit of information, they weren’t sure why this particular batch were so different and sent me replacements. When they came in, the second set was just like the first! AMAZING! I was so incredibly excited because I have been on a scent journey for a while and have spent so much time and money on other brands. None of which were worth it or even remotely compared. Glasshouse took the time to listen and made it right. Five stars for customer service (which is something that is hard to come by these days) and five stars for an incredibly well made product with the BEST scents! I am a Glasshouse girl for life now!

Glasshouse Candles are pretty much the only candles I buy now. They burn neatly and evenly almost 100% of the time and the fragrances are the best.

I accidentally ordered the wrong fragrance because the box colors were very similar. When I reached out, they were very kind and understanding and expeditiously sent the right fragrance and let me keep the one I ordered in error. I have already given out the sampler as a birthday gift to my daughter and she is having a blast trying them all out to decide on her favorite(s)!
