I was very disappointed in the serviced I ordered a delivery to a friend who was having surgery, so it would be delivered within a couple of days after, according to the website, 2-5 business days. It arrived 10 days later. I emailed customer service and received a response effectively saying we are sorry, sometimes it takes longer. That's it. Probably won't use her online delivery again. Too bad because I love her recipes.

The lasagna sheet pan was delicious but you have to buy a lot of ingredients on your own when the website says it includes everything you need - it does not.

It was hard to navigate to see the recipe using the QR code. Even when I signed in it was blurry. I eventually had to go to Pinterest and find it there and open up the page. Very frustrating
