Service is great but shoe runs narrow

It was ok - submitted a question that took way too long to answer.

I like the look but they are pretty narrow. I don’t have particularly wide feet and do not buy wide when it’s an option. Got pretty bad blisters on the first wear. Hope things change. Additionally, I ordered a size too large and they would not accept exchange and I needed to pay $10 to ship the original back.

Shipping much better and faster now. Would appreciate more email notifications on status of order before and when it ships.

The shoes are beautiful with a unique design. I really like Bass weejuns and have 4 pairs, however, this pair is sized differently and runs big. I should have sized down. Since I haven't done this for any of my other purchases I am disappointed that they fit big. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I'm surprised at the inconsistency in sizing.
