Unfortunately I am still waiting for my order. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately my IBS diet does not allow chocolate- and the rice cakes had chocolate on the one side

You took over a week just to ship it and you didn’t respond to neither of my emails. I would give 0 star if I could.

The product I ordered is fantastic. The order processing time was slow, over a week before posted. Once I had emailed asking about delay, my order was sent.

2 of the packets inside were smashed & unusable.

Took 3 weeks from order to be received. Said it was in stock, then when delivered - it was the wrong thing!

Purchased my gluten and lactose free gravy, ( instant) and received the products with speed and straight to my door. Highly recommended as I find it extremely hard to find instant gravy that is lactose free as well as gluten free and being elderly it is great service to my door. Thank you
