Great choice

Have other colors and ordered the same size. This was way bigger. Called for an exchange/return and was told since tags are removed that was not an option. They recommended I submit photos, which I did and no follow up. Disappointing because I’ve had interactions with other western brands and the service and follow up was excellent.
