It was smaller than I expected. The service was good. I found the product was quite expensive with the freight.

The food is great, my hounds love them all. Great prices, especially at sale time.

Collagen stick

My dog loved it !

Easy to order. Prompt delivery, left neatly outside my front door. Nice to receive an additional free product. My dog was very excited to see what was in the box as she loves her WAG yreats.

We were dissappointed as the collagen braids were much skinnier (about half the size) than the ones we bought at the shop before. The ones from the shop (same brand and same product code were about 30cm long and 5. 5cm wide, the ones we got send were 30cm long and about 3. 5cm in width). We do understand that sizes may vary as it's a natural product, but we got a whole bag with very skinny braids that are all the same size. I was hoping for better value for money ordering directly from WAG in bulk. However it is a good product for our Border Collie who is obsessed with chewing.

Doggy loved it

Great treats for my extra large dogs. They love the cheek sticks.

I have been purchasing Kangaroos tendons for a long time now, the service has always been fantastic, communication excellent and web site very easy to navigate. All in all an excellent experience to be had. Delivery very speedy.

Fantastic products my 2 dogs love all the treats besides the kangaroo as bit strong for my little dogs but I would highly recommend these products ill be ordering again

The only thing i can say is that i love the ingredients in your products. All natural, really to benefit our pets. What i dislike is the product texture is not consistent. I am a fairly new customer however, (maybe 7 to 9 months) in these months ive placed orders for my elderly dog who has skin/ tummy sensitivity, mostly for chicken jerkey. Which, apart from a handful of pieces, i have ended up cutting each one to smaller/thinner pieces and boiling each one in microwave with some water so he can chew on it. The reason, your products are not sorted out, but obviously handled in bulk. Which has caused significant overcooking to make sure all pieces are cooked. Making them seriously crispy and not suitable for all dogs (like mine), who ended up chipping his tooth giving it a go. . . I contacted customer service with the feedback and was told to return these at my cost and unfortunately i have come to realise there are no suitable alternatives for him. There was 1 that i was offered. And maybe i shouldnt have expected when i asked for a sample before spending so much money again, it would be offered at $0 or a reduced cost. More due to the tooth chipping and i sent her a photo. The photo depicted a small thin piece and all the rest thick and overburnt. Showing the product was seriously overcooked. . I guess what im trying to say, even though i love your products i didnt feel as a valued customer with this happening as the lady didn't really give me any customer service apart from mentioning your T&Cs. . You asked for feedback, other companies would be willing to take products back or at least try and help out with an alternative. I believe your chicken product is advertised as medium crunch. For it to break my dogs tooth is obviously above that.

did not taste them myself, silly question.
