Tru Metabolism is very strong product. If you are clean eater and don’t use caffeine don’t buy this. Read all ingredients! This product made me lightheaded the first day I took it. I was nauseated , had a headache which turned into a migraine and was vomiting. I tested it out again and got the same symptoms. I use these with the Mas Vida program so I was eating the same thing every day. The days I didn’t use this I felt normal. The other days it messed me up. Be careful if you are caffeine sensitive this stuff has the same stuff that’s in redbull plus more caffeine! Yuck! They do not have a 30 day guarantee so I just spent so much money on product! Stupid me! Their response was cold when I expressed my symptoms to them. This company is not what is seems to be! Read all returns and labels carefully!
