I've been having a lot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep since experiencing a major health issue last year. Well, in fact I wasn't sleeping well before that either, but was coping. I've tried soooo many things and I have added a lot of different practices (like Heart-Math Meditation..) It all helps a little but the PROPER +RESTORE seems to be doing the trick. I've been taking it for a week and sleeping sooooo much better. I'm getting up maybe only once during the night and having no trouble getting back to sleep. I'm waking up refreshed for the first time in a year! So THANK YOU PROPER! I needed that!
