I've owned the unit for a few weeks. Impressions are: 1. Don't waste your money on the little packets of lidocaine cream from the company. lidocaine cream is available at any Walgreens. 2. I already own an ultrasound machine so I use the water based medical grade lubricant I already own. 3. The penis pump is novel and works great; however, the included seals/cock rings were to small to accommodate the girth of my erection. The company turned me on to a suitable substitute on Amazon for $10. 4. The device is simple to use. Use the lidocaine cream. 5. The device is loud. 6. You will experience soreness. 7. I'm seven treatments in and I'm excited to see how this affects my ability to get a spontaneous erection (I'm still using viagra). 8. My erections do seem harder. 9. My inquiries have been met promptly and professionally. 10. When my device arrived missing the packet of lidocaine cream, the company fedexed me a packet almost overnight. 11. I'm optimistic. I'm 52 and viagra works great for me. I'm hoping the treatments will allow me to wean off the viagra and experience lasting hard erections. With the guarantee, what do you have to lose?

It is premature for me to state if it is working or not. But some observations. There is no pain and it (the tip) doesn't get hot. As reported it is very loud since there are two metal pieces striking each other 15 times a second. It is also heavy so you will experience some arm and hand fatigue which is easily solved switching hands or resting your hands for a while before treating the next section. I used KY jelly but it doesn't last using this. I use petroleum jelly which works very well to allow the tip to slide up and down the penis in the locations. I will report back once I have at least 6 treatments accomplished. I can't judge until I hit what is the nominal amount for effectiveness (6-16 treatments). Well made device.

I Purchased the machine because I was desperate, but I was also extremely doubtful. it actually works better than what you guys market. You suggest that there may be a potential size increase. I had noticeable increases in girth and length. And everything is working on demand.

This kind of tech was not affordable until you guys scaled it for home use. All I can say thank God you guys decided to do this, and thank you!!

After first treatment had massive erections

I’ve had the Phoenix for some time now. It, coupled with the Penis Pump has delivered in more and frequent full erections that are bigger, more veinous and even more like the erections I used to get as a teen/young Adult! Random erections!
