Two of them will not spray. Light works makes sound if spray but nothing coming out. Last one is brand new

I’ve been using the looloo and thought it was working until a neighbor looked at it and said nothing was coming out of the device, sure enough the spray part is not working, what can I do? Other then that the guys like the light on it.
