Take 2 for a great sleep

Honestly, I have found that this latest supply of Happy Hemp Vegan Gummies is not as effective as the exact same gummies that I have been purchasing for the last three years. I use them for winding down and helping with sleep. This shipment is just not doing the trick. I have not made any caffeine changes in my daily routine so I am disappointed with the effects of this shipment. The shipment was mailed during an extreme cold spell. Could this have effected the potency?
