Pretty quick shipping, site said buy 1 get 2 free but I did not receive 2 free packs. Not the end of the world but the site shouldn’t say that and then not follow through

New fuse bulb should come with a new O ring. That wouldn’t cost a lot and would save customers weeks of waiting and aggravation.

Shipped quickly, product is packaged very well, no chance of damage short of a truck driving over the box. Easy out of box experience.

Shipping was free and a little slow - which was partially expected. Too many emails in between.

A great innovation in showerheads! I like the clean design, dual shower modes, and the bluetooth tracking features are neat. I only wish the water pressure was a little higher. As is, it is sufficient, but I was hoping for something a bit stronger.

Easy tool-less install!

Let me tell you… my mind was blown with the infusion attachment on my hai showerhead. It disperses the loveliest essential oils and vitamins into your water stream with the PERFECT RATIO. I truly feel like i’m at the spa whenever I pop one into my shower. 10/10 recommend holy wow.

After a workout or a long day of working the lavender and workout repair infusions are amazingly refreshing, and they get me extra clean
