I really enjoy these as an alternative to chewing tobacco. My favorite is Kentucky bourbon and double mocha. Not only have they help me kick the tobacco I've lost about 10 pounds in the month since I started using these,because I no longer eat out of boredom from operating heavy equipment for 12 hours a day. I generally get about 90 minutes out of each one.
