I have to hand to the Grinds team. This is a winner for me. Trying to get away from the Nicotine pouches and these electrolyte pouches work just fine. Not an athlete by any means but I do take my health more serious now.

I love Grinds. I work in Fire/EMS service. Whenever we get a late call, I pop one in, and it gives me enough caffeine to get through the call. Also a great substitute for nicotine (trying really hard to only have one addiction lol)

Lemon lime was absolutely delicious and super helpful while working in the hot sun.

Grinds has been my go-to ever since they started making white energy pouches. I love that they are adding Electrolytes into the mix. Hoping the Lemon Lime flavor becomes a permanent fixture.

My order got lost in the mail and when I reached out to Grinds they immediatly gave me the option of having the order sent out again or a refund. I chose to have the order sent again and got it within a week (I am in Canada). Great customer service and a great product.
