Great shipping, just wish there was more info on what the filter is made of and what it catches. Really concerned about what it could be putting into the air with tapwater

Not worth the money. Aroma does not work, can’t smell a thing coming from the machine. Very loud

Our filter is still a week late. As mentioned in previous review our current filter, and the bottom of the machine is covered in mold

Redesign the box the filter is shipped in - which causes the filter to be crumpled and doesn't lay flat as it should.

Communicating with Canopy employees has been absolutely awful. I've had the same problem for months and no one has helped me fix it no matter how hard I've tried.

My first filter did not show up and it took nearly 3 weeks to get shipped another one.

I have been trying to contact you regarding the filter I never received. You have stopped responding to my messages. What is going on? Why are you handling this so unprofessionally? You should have just reissued it and this would be resolved. I love the humidifier but this whole experience has really soured any goodwill I had toward your company.
