Started on 12/1. 5 batches nothing drinkable. My last is I guess ready for crash. Will update if this works. So far very disappointed.

I actually ordered this as an activity to do with my mom, since she already makes her own kombucha. I wanted to surprise her with this for her birthday, and my package got lost in the PNW ice storm! The Brewsy Team helped me through the whole disaster, and we got a kit to my mom and she LOVES it. I've yet to try it, but I'm sooooooo excited to do so!

Bad customer service that is slow to respond and also doesn't fully read your issue so they end up addressing is incorrectly and results in numerous emails to address what was originally supposed to be taken care of - otherwise the bottle corks are such bad quality, went through all of mine with the plastic popping off on all of them - and because I live in a normal climate/home that is not 80+ degrees, it took a month to even get a slightly alcoholic juice. Sounded really fun and was excited about it but it was not.

Easy to understand instructions makes making wine very easy.

As title suggests — 2 of my 3 orders were missing items. Supply chain issues.

Brewsy has a spectacular sale, however, i couldn't get teh 'Cart' page to load. i wrote to Brewsy via the 'Contact' email - twice - but didn't get any reply. Never got to make the Sale purchase, and eventually purchased glassware from a different retailer.

For quality, time and cost , better off buying wine

Only wanted basic package got charged $350. !!!!!!

Didn't care for the taste at first but after letting it sit in the refrigerator for a few days I really liked it.

Got this for my son's Christmas present. He is currently making mead. I look forward to tasting it once it is done.

Received my kit. Both air locks were busted. Attempted to make wine. Non of the QR codes on the directions work. Followed the directions and the “wine” tastes just like a more sour version of what I started with. So not a great experience
