The online store is easy to navigate and has plenty of information to help with selections. I have not had any contact with customer service as I just simply have not needed them. Delivery - everything was sealed and wrapped well, I just wish it was a bit faster so that the warmer weather doesn't heat up the product but thats not really a super bad problem. Love the cortisol and lemon balm so much I recommended it to my son and we both will make it a staple in our households!
