Support response wasn't rapid, BUT once I was contacted, the process was smooth and simple. I was sent two replacements for the models that I had that were defective/not working and both units were delivered brand new to my doorstep. I appreciate that I was sent the latest models as well and not just the old models/generation that had issues. Kudos!
