Poor communication. Bears balm is a decent product. Nut butter has petroleum derived ingredients…..very disappointing.

My guys received this as gifts. My husbands only request this past year! The blue has a great smell and really opens up your sinuses! Invigorating!

I needed customer service help and never got it. Two emails were ignored and the only thing I ever heard back was an ask to review.
