Jennifer at emerald hills provided excellent service when I came in with my wife to buy clothes I needed for my mexico vacation. We talked about the events that I would be attending and she found exactly what I needed. They didn't have a t-shirt in my size so they ordered it and it came in 3 days. Jennifer has continued the excellent service I have received at george Richardson over the years.

Recently stopped in at the Red Deer store and was greeted by Kate. Very helpful and very honest in how the shirts and pants looked on me. i found kate to be quite KNOWLEDGEABLE about the products she deals with. It is not often you have a PLEASURABLE shopping EXPERIENCE but this was one for me. kudo kate when ever i need a new outfit i will be looking for kate.
