I had some trouble getting a suit jacket that fit, it took three tries but the third jacket fit perfectly. Additionally all of my other groomsmen had a great experience and all of their suits fit and look amazing. My wedding day was perfect and I am very very happy. Thank you to all of the employees that helped me.

The first suit that was sent didn’t fit. So they worked with me to figure out a better fitting one. Unfortunately UPS said the second package was too damaged to be delivered. Generation Tux sent a third one my way. I was worried about getting the suit in time. And unfortunately the third one was delivered the day I left for the wedding which was in a different state. They sent me a fourth one to where the wedding was being held. Got it. Tried it on the day of the wedding and it fit PERFECTLY. What a wild ride. Thankful for excellent customer service willing to work with me on fit and timing and shipping. Definitely would recommend. 12 out of 10 service.

The service from generation Tux was great. All my groomsmen were very satisfied from their suits and how quickly they came in the mail and how quick it was to get replacement pieces that don’t fit properly. I will definitely be renting from them again.
