The jewelry was gorgeous and I fell in love with one piece in particular, but I didn't buy it on-the-spot. I received a kind follow up email from them after the pop up and when I had a question before purchasing the piece I loved, the team was super responsive. Once I placed my order, the team proactively let me know how long I should expect resizing to take and ultimately the piece arrived even faster than expected. I ordered a loose lab diamond from their lab diamond sale, and worked with one of their designers to design into the perfect pointer finger ring! The process was simple, and I got pictures along the way of the process. 10/10 and will definitely be ordering again!

In 2022 my husband had my beautiful custom engagement ring made. It was the smoothest process, so easy, the team was so responsive and helpful and my ring is gorgeous. He aLeo designed a custom wedding band with Gem Breakfast and it is the most perfect stack. Unfortunately last year, there was an accident with my ring and we had to use our ring insurance. Cat and Sara were amazing, so helpful, and even fought for me with the insurance company! They created a beautiful replacement ring. Again, the process was so smooth (other than insurance being slow like it typically is). Recently, I purchased the limited time sterling silver Orion engraved ring and she is so beautiful and the perfect ring to wear when I don’t want to wear my full stack. Gem Breakfast is the best! I have been following Cat and her work for a few years now! When I knew my partner was looking for engagement ring for me, I knew it had to be through Gem Breakfast and flew over to SF to meet up with her in person and go over her work! I came with very specific requirement on the stone and they were able to find one that exactly matched my requirement. But let’s be honest, that’s all I was sure about. Cat and Sara were extremely patient with me and helped me through the entire design process! My partner wanted to plan the proposal for when my sister is visiting me and there was not enough time before that since our final sign off on the design. I finally secured my dream bombe ring from Gem Breakfast. I first tried this piece on back in April 2024 (made an appointment to see the jewels in person in SF) and never stopped thinking about it. I finally pulled the trigger in January 2026. Cat mentioned she hand-picked the heart-shaped gem herself, and her eye for detail is unmatched. She was 100% right about the fit; it is incredibly comfortable (never knew a band could be *that* smooth) and has that perfect, high-quality weight that makes a piece feel special. Cat’s responsiveness on Instagram is unmatched. I do a lot of my jewelry shopping on Instagram and I will say she takes the award for being the most responsive. She is helpful with pricing, recommendations, and follow-ups without ever being high-pressure. The turnaround time w/ resizing (sz 6. 5 to 9) was impressive as the ring was on my finger just 10 days after purchase. No complaints here, all praise.

Wonderful experience working with Sara on a wedding band! We knew we wanted small gemstones and a hand-engraved design, but not sure of the direction to take it. We sent lots of ideas (favorite plants, flowers significant to our relationship, even bindweed vines that my fiancee battles daily in her work as a farmer) and Sara put together a design that was cohesive and beautiful. Sara was so patient as we knocked around different design ideas and asked for tweaks. The engraver did a lovely job, the stones are so delicate and beautiful, and the combination of the two sparkles like nothing else! Super happy with our decision to work with Sara and GemBreakfast; will recommend them any chance we get.
