You have really nice gear,
You have really nice gear, and there have been many items I would have purchased from you. But the shipping charges leave a lot to be desired and cause my decision to be "NO". I suggest you rent a small warehouse space in the US, stock it with a reasonable sample of wares, and then ship from here, rather than Austria! I would bet you'd recover the rental & wage expense rather quickly.

It was a huge disheartening
It was a huge disheartening for me as a customer to get a melted candle, but at least it still smells nice even if it is messed up? I love the shirt despite it being more of a dress on me. I love the leggings the most as they actually fit me despite being full length yoga pants.

Shipping actually wasn't that bad.
Shipping actually wasn't that bad. It got here in a pretty timely manner. Although I was a little nervous about the skateboard coming since the last skateboard I ordered came in completely cracked then it was resent and the wrong item was received and then it was resent again and I finally got it. But it does still have some scratches on it but I was so sick of trying to send it back. I just dealt with it. Everything came in one package with no padding which is why this isn't a five-star review. Wish there had been some packing around the skateboard to protect it a little bit more. Thankfully no artwork was damaged.
