No response to my email and site query after days of email- a jug which was a very important Christmas present arrived broken, the gift wrapping was a joke so I wrapped over it, and it was embarrassing for the person to open a broken gift

I’m a true 7. 5 and originally heeded to the general recommendation to size down (35/36) but they were too tight in the toes. Exchanged for a 37/38 and they’re a bit big but definitely the better fit. Nothing a little insole can’t fix! 10/10 customer service and overall so happy with my purchase.
