Very happy with this billiard table. Best price online! Lead time was just under 3 weeks from order to assembly. I saved $2100 buying from here instead of the other site I was going to originally; including table, premium cloth, upgraded play package, discount, & amount saved in Use Tax.

A solid massage chair that works better than most for taller user. I wish there were a memory function to save preferences and the leg attachment requires adjusting often for length. Overall a very solid product. Excellent customer service from Game Room Spot and Infinity, after installers did not connect the left arm components (wires, air hoses) when delivering. It was a struggle to do it myself, but Infinity tech support guided me through it.

GRS had the best price on the particular pool cue I wanted. Not just a couple bucks either, $50!. The cue arrived in perfect condition , great packing. . I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

The pool table is great. We had some issues with missing accessories, but the crew at Game Room handled it, quick responses, very nice and all is good, five stars for them. WARNING: be prepared to purchase a new table cover, a new rack, and a new brush. The accessories that come with the table for “free” are crap! Our cover ripped after 5 days, the rack is flimsy, and the brush doesn't do much of anything. Have not tried out the ping pong yet (part of missing accessories). Like I said, the pool table itself is great. Easy assembly, need at least two people, it is very heavy. THANK YOU Game Room for all your help.

I placed my order online and received instant notice as to delivery date. I was able to track and see where my order was at all times. The freight line was excellent as well. The driver was very nice and delivered to my door. Instructions for assembly of table and chairs was very clear and tools were included. No missing parts or scratches. Took about 4 hours for table & chairs, but very easy to follow. It is beautiful in my kitchen and we have already enjoyed playing cards on the game table top. Thank you!
