Gooe quality mats, longer and thicker protects spine. Non slippery which is a must. Delivery excellent and customer service as well. Answer questions in a seedy manner. The only thing is that they should include WEIGHT of mat for customs if delivery to overseas and if travelling to organize weight in the suitcase. THANKS
