The ZM Pro is a terrible bike. The controller went out on the first ride of a brand new bike. Replaced and went out again on the very next ride. It is a waste of money and this company is completely shady. My credit card company just told me that I was scammed by this company. They told me if I withdrew my dispute, they would refund the purchase. This bike was returned to them, they have had the bike since October of 2025. As soon as the dispute was withdrawn, they suddenly claimed that they couldn't do the refund on my credit card and the credit card company is now saying they can't re-open the dispute. This company is offering to do the refund through paypal or bank transfer which are known scam processes. Please save yourself the time and effort of dealing with this company as a whole. It is almost the middle of December and I still have no refund. I have opened a complaint with the BBB and I am working on a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

Received the wrong rim.

I emailed: support@g-forcebike.com, Evan Cai, and I sent them the VIN number and several clear, color pictures of the parts I needed and my actual scooter. I paid them in full. They sent me the wrong parts. I have emailed them back to inform them of their mistake and now they are ignoring me. Bad Customer Service. Once they get your money, crickets

had a great day with a bike. then it broke, and you all refuse to assist. no refund, just parts, for a bike I have no idea how to fix. and If i do. what then. another crash, more parts.

The company responds in a timely manner and eventually made a 25Ah battery available for me. I purchased instead of replacing my 15. 6 and paying the difference which I did find to be an unappealing solution to my issue because I had messaged many times before my purchase asking about when the 25Ah would be In Stock. I would still be willing to exchange my 15. 6 battery for a second 25Ah and pay the $50 difference. For this it's 4 stars
