I have been working with Matthew and his team for the past 12 years. In every case, their work and services have been professional, fast, and outstanding! Once, Matthew designed a program for me in 2 days and I was out of town communicating with Funeral Parlour!! My most recent heartfelt experience transpired in August 2022. Funeral Parlour printed programs and shipped them out of state. FedEx lost the programs and notified me the day before our funeral. Without my knowledge, Matthew had the team reprint and reship the programs to arrive the morning of the service; again, unbeknown to me!!!! He saved the day!!! Incredible to have a company concerned about my family not having any programs as I was!!!! I will continue to use Funeral Parlour and highly recommend them to all! Charn Humphrey
