These are a great treat! We break them in half for my little yorkie.

Customer Service requested pictures of the front and back of the bag, including "use by" date. I sent it and they sent a new bag. It took about a week of communication to get the issue resolved. If we have another issue, we will return to the store, which hopefully will be faster since they will be able to smell the product.

Shipping is slow but OK.

Got here quickly and still frozen (which was my concern). I was kept informed all along the way from shipment to delivery.

Great value and apparently great taste as my dog can't get enough of them. They are perfect size to carry in a goodie bag or in the pocket for treats for my baby.
