Totally happy with these pregnancy vitamins!
I am a very early pregnant embryo donor recipient. I have been taking the Fruitful Pregnancy Prenatal Support Tablets for the past few weeks. It has been so great to have such peace of mind that all the vitamins that my growing baby and I need is accounted for in these tablets. An added bonus is that they are vegan! I have also felt less nauseous since starting on these daily tablets. I’m really pleased with this product and would totally recommend it to other mums to be!

Easy to swallow
I've been taking these fertility supplements for men to try and support our journey to start a family. They're pretty easy to take, just two capsules a day with water. It's designed to help with things like sperm count and overall reproductive health, with a blend of vitamins like folic acid and selenium, plus some plant-based ingredients. I appreciate that they're vegan-certified and don't have any unnecessary fillers. It feels like a decent quality product aimed at giving some extra support when you're trying to conceive.

Good ingredients, lots of information provided
Supplements such as these are a really good idea when going through fertility treatment or trying for a baby. Providing they have the right amount and quality of certain ingredients, they can be a good booster for your body. This product from Fruitful ticks the boxes for its contents, the tablets are easy to swallow and have no (after)taste. They are packaged in blister packs within a cardboard box - plenty of information is available on the packaging. I think the price is quite high for one month's supply, if you take the recommended dosage of two per day, however you are paying for the convenience of having a combination of all the ingredients in one tablet.

Perfect
I started taking the Fruitful Pregnancy prenatal vitamins early in my pregnancy, and they've been a solid part of my routine. I appreciate that they include folic acid and vitamin D, which I know are essential for fetal development and maternal health. What really stood out to me was the addition of ginger, which helped reduce my morning sickness and nausea, a big relief during the first trimester. The capsules are vegan-friendly and easy to swallow, with no strong aftertaste. I've noticed better energy and overall wellness since I began using them

Pure & clean ingredients
I have recently placed an order for a Vegan Omega 3 supplement that contains both DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). This particular product is marketed as an EU Algae Supplement, which is specifically designed to support fertility and provide beneficial antioxidants. It's positioned as a pregnancy supplement tailored for women, ensuring that it meets their specific nutritional needs during such a vital time. The formulation boasts a pure and clean ingredient list, which is crucial for anyone concerned about the quality and sources of their dietary supplements. Each bottle contains a 30-day supply, which allows for a full month of consistent use. I appreciate that the size of the capsules is designed to be easy to swallow, as this can be an important factor for many individuals who may have difficulty with larger pills. Moreover, the dosage of omega-3 fatty acids appears to be adequate, contributing to the overall daily intake recommended for those seeking the health benefits associated with these essential fatty acids. Omega-3s are well-known for their positive effects on cardiovascular health, brain function, and, particularly in this case, fertility support. However, I have some concerns regarding the product's manufacturing standards. Although it is produced in the UK, I have been unable to find any reference to recognized industry standards or certifications such as ISO 22000, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), or HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). These certifications are often considered indicators of a high-quality product and provide assurance that the supplement has been manufactured under strict quality control conditions.Without this information, I find myself grappling with uncertainty regarding the product's overall quality and reliability. It's important for consumers to feel confident that the supplements they are taking are safe, effective, and produced according to established best practices in the industry....

Effective
I've been taking the Fruitful New Postnatal & Breastfeeding Multivitamin for about a month now, and overall I'm quite pleased. The tablets are a comfortable size, and I haven't had any stomach upset, what a relief compared to other brands I tried! What stands out is the formula: it contains doctor-recommended doses of folic acid and vitamin D, plus a solid blend of B complex, iron, and other nutrients specifically tailored for breastfeeding mums. Since starting them, I feel more energized and less run-down, perfect when you're running on very little sleep. That said, I did notice a slight aftertaste, so I usually take it with breakfast or evening tea to offset it.

Good vegan omega
It's not always easy to find good vegan omega supplements. These omega (DHA and EPA) supplements from Fruitful are really good quality. If you are unsure of the benefits of taking omega supplements it is a good idea to do your own research. Even if you are not vegan it is a good idea to reseach the benefits of taking plant omega over animal source omega.I have been taking omega supplements for years and these are just as good, if not better, than most although they are on the slightly expensive side. Having said that, they are now available on subscribe and save so you can save a few pennies and order monthly so you don't run out!

A good combination
As someone navigating the early stages of pregnancy, finding a supplement that aligns with both my health needs and ethical values was paramount. What drew me to this product initially was its comprehensive formulation. It contains essential nutrients like folic acid, vitamin D, iron, and calcium, which are crucial for maternal tissue growth and bone health. The inclusion of ginger has been particularly beneficial in alleviating morning sickness, making my mornings more manageable. Another top feature is the addition of myo-inositol and black pepper extract. The former supports hormonal balance, while the latter enhances nutrient absorption, ensuring that my body effectively utilises the vitamins and minerals provided.

Good vegan alternative but capsules are large and pricey for a month’s supply
This vegan Omega-3 supplement is a solid option for those avoiding fish oil, especially with its inclusion of DHA and EPA sourced from algae. It’s reassuring to see a clean, pure formula without unnecessary additives, and the product feels well-suited for fertility support and general wellness, particularly during pregnancy. However, the capsules are quite large and may be difficult for some to swallow. The 30-day supply also feels a bit expensive compared to other similar products on the market, especially if you're planning to take them long-term. Overall, it’s a quality option with some room for improvement in size and value.

Suitable for everyone - not just for fertility support
I have been using the Fruitful Vegan Omega 3 with DHA and EPA for a while now, and I’m really pleased with the quality. As someone who follows a vegetarian lifestyle, it can be difficult to find a good source of omega-3 that doesn’t come from fish oil or use gelatine capsules, so I really appreciate that these capsules are derived from algae and come in a vegetable capsule. They are certified by the Vegan Society, which gives me added confidence in the product. The capsules are quite large, but they have a soft, smooth texture that makes them easy to swallow, and I haven’t noticed any aftertaste or digestive issues, unlike with some other omega-3 supplements I’ve tried in the past. Each capsule contains 500mg of omega-3 with a DHA to EPA ratio of 3:1, which I find reassuring as DHA is particularly important for brain and vision function while EPA supports heart health and blood pressure. The packaging is eye-catching, colourful, convenient and practical, arriving in a resealable pouch rather than a bulky bottle. I like the thoughtful touches such as the QR code on the back, which provides more information about the product and recycling details. It’s nice to know that the omega-3 is sustainably sourced from algae grown in France, while the product itself is packed in the UK. While the product is marketed as a fertility and pregnancy supplement, it’s suitable for anyone looking to include omega-3 in their diet, regardless of whether they are pregnant. I take one capsule a day with food as recommended, and it fits easily into my routine. I would say it is quite pricey though for the fact that it's only a one-month supply.

Vegan omega 3
I have heard before of this vegan option of Omega 3 capsules. Good idea for those who don't take fish oil.The main ingredient is algae. I would seek medical advice if you have thyroid problems. A 2017 article on the NCBI indicates that "Taking dietary supplements containing more than 100 µg iodine on a daily basis can cause problems".The softgels are quite big. Personally, I have no problems swallowing large tablets but for those who prefer smaller tablets, perhaps this supplement is not for you.I find the price quite good. The description says to take 1 a day. The capsules are 30 so they last exactly 1 month. It's currently priced at £13.49.

Good supplements, but pricey
I got this supplement for my wife after her GP recommended it to support a healthy pregnancy. It comes with 60 capsules, which is a one-month supply since she takes two a day. So far, it's been working well, and we're hopeful about the journey ahead. At 22.99, it's on the pricier side, especially when compared to other brands available. However, if you're looking for a reputable brand and don't mind the price, this supplement could be a good choice.

Healpful Postnatal Boost
Packed with essential nutrients to support recovery and breastfeeding after birth. I've been taking it daily and feel like it helps keep my energy up and my milk supply steady. It's good to know it's made with natural ingredients too. Just note, they do recommend taking it alongside their own Omega 3 DHA & EPA supplement, which adds to the cost a bit if you choose to follow that advice. Still, it feels like a thoughtful and supportive blend for new mums.

Nice supplement for my wife that feels right
I picked these up for my wife as we're trying to support her overall health and fertility naturally. With everything going on - kids, pets, busy jobs - it felt good to find something that's carefully made and well thought out. The capsules come in a sealed pack, which keeps them fresh, and she appreciates that they're vegan and packed with folic acid, vitamin D, and CoQ10. They're small enough to take easily, and two a day (60 capsules gives a full month's supply) makes the routine simple. It's too soon to say exactly what impact they've had, but she feels good taking them, and that peace of mind is important.

Fruitful New Mum Postnatal Formula Vitamins
These capsules are the regular size and easy enough to swallow without and strong flavours or taste. So far, taking them has been fine - no adverse effects. This seems an impressive list of nutrients for postnatal mums and it gives peace of mind that it will give the support needed during this busy time which is so demanding on the body. It has 2 tablets per dose so this is actually just one months supply for 19.99 which does feel a bit pricey. The packaging says it is made in the UK, which also gives peace of mind.

A proper boost in a little bottle!
Alright, I’ll be honest – when my wife suggested we both start being a bit more ‘fertility-friendly’, I thought she meant less takeaways and more early nights. Turns out, she meant adding supplements like this into the mix. And fair play, this vegan Omega 3 from algae actually made it easy to get on board. The capsules are a good size – not too big, not fiddly small – and there’s no weird fishy burps afterwards, which is a massive win in our house (especially when you’re already dealing with baby-related chaos). Knowing it’s from an EU-grown algae source and not dodgy trawler leftovers gave us a bit of extra confidence too.My wife appreciated that it’s tailored for women trying for a baby, but I pinched a few myself now and then, because the antioxidants and DHA are good for anyone needing a bit of brain and heart support (and let’s be honest, my brain needs all the help it can get with a little one doing laps around the living room).A cracking little supplement if you’re trying to get the healthiest start you can – or if you just want to feel a bit smug about looking after yourself properly.Pros:No fishy aftertaste (thank the heavens)Vegan and EU algae sourced – feels properly cleanGood mix of DHA, EPA and antioxidantsEasy on the stomachGreat for fertility support but still useful for general healthCons:Only a month’s supply – might be worth buying more if you're in it for the long haulCapsules have a faint ‘seaside’ smell when you open the tub (but it fades fast)

Good Vegan Omega 3, but Packaging Could Be Better
I tested this vegan Omega 3 supplement and I really like the quality of the capsules. It's great to find a plant-based source of DHA and EPA, and based on my experience, it fits nicely into my daily routine. I also appreciate that it's a pure formula, suitable for fertility support and general wellbeing. However, I found the packaging a bit disappointing, it doesn't feel as sturdy or well-presented as I would expect for a supplement like this. Despite that, the product itself is very good, and I'm happy to have a reliable vegan option for Omega 3.

Great quality vits
These have boatloads of real nutrients with established daily values backed by research (%NRV) all of which are listed on the product page. These are a bit dear but at the time of writing they are marked down to 16.99, for a 30 day supply which isn't too bad for what I perceive to be premium vitamins. I note the %NRV is really high for a lot of the nutrients so with a proper diet I think one a day is plenty giving you a 60 day supply. Easy to take, easy on the stomach, made right here in the UK, I approve of these vitamins!

One month supply, easy to swallow
1 month supply of fertility supplements with lots of very good quality ingredients I recognise. It's great to have so many of them all in one supplement than havingt to take lots of different ones. They are easy to swallow. It's far too early to tell how effective they are going to be, however I plan to take them every month to improve my chances, and just to help improve my health in general.
