the quality of the cups are not as good as Karat. on the 4oz size the bottom has come off and they are smaller in size than any other 4 oz cup i have bought. i will see how the cups from China faire. there is little follow up communication after you place an order. it would be good to be in the loop and ensure we are on schedule.

The container itself is a decent quality product and durable. The lids do not seem as well made, and it’s clear there are gaps in the seam when sealing the lid. Still a viable quality product to protect ice cream. All products were shipped with just a loose covering of plastic, but not sealed to protect from dirt and contamination. Disappointing for a quality food container to be left exposed. This is my second ordering experience with this company and similar shipping experiences both times. Food containers are not protected to ensure they stay clean. Unlikely to order from this firm again.

Honestly think it's a waste of money and am always annoyed when I forget to delete it. Should be an option to add not an automatic add on. Also I shouldn't need to pay extra for my package to be delivered correctly and not messed up. Any other company if I order something and it comes messed up they just take care of it rather than trying to nickel and dime me for "protection"

Great folks to work with. Great prices and availability of products. I just make ice-cream while camping and special occasions. I do this for fun and don't charge for the ice-cream served.

The quality of the cups is very good. I’m still not overly happy with the change in color (pink). Hopefully you’re still working with your new vendor to make the color more vibrant like it was before. Individual sleeve packaging of cups is not good. The sleeves are split and cups are loose in the boxes upon arrival.
