Was not at all please with the attitude & rudeness of the 2 employees working the front counter on saturday dec20th. I dont think the were ever trained on etiquette or that the customer is always right & in this case i was! The 1st thing before i even spoke they rudely told me to step away from the counter . . ? What? I walked up to the counter they were seated at where else was i suppose to go. They accussed me of calling back & adding notes to my order when i never called at all i placed my order online & when they finally realized it was their mistake there were no apologies whatsoever. The sevice alone will keep me from ever going back

I've ordered twice now and have yet to have a meal that I didn't like. The variety of meals is good and the taste is wonderful. I've used 5 other meal delivery services and never ordered more than once from 4 of them. My deliveries have happened in one day. This is the best food I've found and I will order again; however, the shipping prevents me from ordering more frequently. Not the cost of the shipping, but the fact that the materials can't be returned for reuse. I know the cardboard box can be recycled, but I would feel better about it if the box and the ice pack could be left outside for pickup when my next delivery is made (like my most frequent provider does).

Quality entrees, have enjoyed the majority of selections with an occasional miss. Always enough for two people. Easy ordering process and appreciate the ability to stop in to pick up an item from case

The Lemon Zest Basil Chicken Pasta Salad is excellent EXCEPT it has way too many tomatoes and the tomatoes are way too large. I had to throw away tomatoes from my last order.

So far all meals have been top notch. The ease of ordering/paying and pickup or delivery is a great advantage. Always get at a minimum of 2 servings, sometimes 3! The shrimp salad is SO GOOD!

Best home delivery meal service I have tried. In the DFW area, delivery is dependable. In the long run, the value is better than you can expect eating out or preparing at home. Never have leftovers after 2 servings.
