Très déçue de la qualité des collants. Très fragiles et filent au bout de quelques heures seulement.

I purchased 4 pairs of tights. The designs are excellent and the fit is great, but I would size down if between sizes. I ordered size D because according to the chart, this size works best for my weight, but there is a lot of extra length in the legs. I accidentally ordered a size C and it fits much better with no bulging. However, 2 pairs of tights have both ripped the first time wearing them. One a run in the toes, another a small tear in the thigh that hopefully won't run. Really unfortunate because I had heard good things about this brand and I love their designs and sizing. For the price, I would expect more durability and I probably will not order again.

I ordered a week before the postal strike, I had to contact them to get an update on my package and that communication was especially frustrating because I just wanted my money back but the customer service team member wouldn’t acknowledge that part of my email at all, just said it was going out with a special shipper. Welp, special shipper held the item because of no shipping manifest, and now I can’t even track the items. This. Is. Awful. Fix. It.

Perfect fit and service

Bummed that an item I ordered was actually out of stock but I was told both items shipped. It wasn’t until I recieved my package and noticed the missing item and sent an email that I was notified it was out of stock and given a refund. I feel like that should have been communicated when you packaged my order and knew you weren’t shipping the item to me, not when I had to ask about it.

J’ai effectué un retour, car quelques modèles de collants commandés étaient trop grands. Je n’ai toujours pas eu de nouvelles. Mon colis a été retourné depuis un bout. Je n’ai aucun retour de votre part, ni un remboursement…
