The lemon scent is wonderful. Already filled up my 10+ jars. Love the ability to reuse the smaller plastic containers and help the environment. Shipping is wonderful. In an another order a larger bucket refill was mishandled by carrier in shipping and seamlessly replaced by Fresh Wave.

Exceptional customer service always

I was looking forward to the new environmentally friendly packaging. The cartons were badly crushed in the corners and I had to tape it shut once I opened a carton because it would not stay closed on its own. This is bad! Please find a better way to ship your product.
