Well thought out, quality constructed materials, and really good customer service throughout the purchasing process to assure I ordered what I really needed. Definitely not a one person project for installation and you should have some mechanical knowledge as well as a DIY skillset. The cable can be very heavy to take up the slack on a long run and the help comes in handy there. I utilized my UTV to help with some of the grunt work and that made the project a lot easier. My Dog is loving her new run!

The products are well built. I bought the Super Heavy duty for my 90+ lb Chocolate lab. I could tell it was well built when I picked up the box off my doorstep. Every part uses high quality components. I bought the yellow straps for the tree to hopefully not damage our large trees in our lawn. I think using a cable wrap or chain would have been more invasive. I'm not sure the lag style eye bolt would have been as strong.

The Freedom Pet Supply website was more helpful than trying to find what I wanted on Amazon. I needed a specific part for a product and their site helped me more than Amazon. I would go back there over Amazon first next time I need something.
