My initial order was damaged in transit and the Free Country team was very helpful in making sure I got a replacement as soon as possible. Once it was here, it’s very warm and cozy and has been very helpful in insulating me against the Pittsburgh winters. The inside of coat is white though (which I didn’t know), hoping it’s not too hard to maintain. Overall, love it!

Love the color and the lining is so soft. I washed it, and it washed beautifully.

Wow! What an awesome winter coat! Well-made, very warm, outer material is water proof and the zipper is big and made of metal. There is a detachable hood with fur edge. As a bonus, there is extra lining that comes out and covers your hands I love it!
