Freebird produces a unusual beautiful aesthetic shoe of quality and endurance.

My first few pairs of boots were purchased from the Boulder, CO store. My last 2-3 were online. I always order a size 9 (my shoe size is usually 8. 5) and they fit perfectly!

I order both online and at the Nashville store in person - excellent customer service! Way above expectations! In store associates are extremely helpful and practically do the shopping for you based on a few probing questions! Will always be a Freebird customer!!!

Shipping was great

I had to unfortunately exchange my purchase for a bigger size. The shoes were too small. I have a wide foot. I reached out to customer service for suggestions, I was provided suggestions of upsizing and other styles that might fit better. I appreciate the customer service response and the ease of exchange.

We had a blast hanging out with Aubrey at the bar while shopping. This is my first pair of freebirds but I have a feeling they won't be my last!

Initially no intent to buy (just looking), but after trying on, I left the store to " think about it". Went back 20 minutes later and purchased. LOVE LOVE LOVE my boots. Did not know I needed these in my life. My BEST unexpected purchase of the year. I LOVE my Jules boots! She was also the. sweetest associate ever. ❤ The fit is now like a glove as its been about a month now. I started out wearing them around my home, and now comfortably out.
