I only have good things to say about my online shopping experience with Frankie4! I ordered shoes in the wrong size and couldn't work out how to exchange them (my low tech knowledge issue, not their fault) and when I rang to speak to a real human she was fabulous! Talked me through it without making me feel like an unwanted problem and the exchange and return was completed swiftly even though it was close to Christmas. A 10/10 online shopping experience and the shoes are fab too! :)

Sophie IV is the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned! This is my fourth pair! The thing I love about this style is that is flat yet it has comfortable cushioning which makes me feel not so grounded as I am quite short in height! It is also super cute - the laces give it a chic touch - For me these are the everlasting classic flat shoes!!

Amazing. I live in Canberra and when I popped into the Manuka store to purchase shoes, the customer service was amazing. Although they did not have my size in store, it was no hassle for the sales lady to organise my sizing with shoes but also me purchasing and then getting the shoes shipped to my home address.
