I had an issue with my previous iPhone 15 pro that I purchased from Frank Mobile. It was still under warranty. Their communication was prompt and clear. Offering to repair or replace the phone. Delivery was quick from Melbourne to Sydney, within one week turn around from ordering to its arrival to my home address. No signature was required as I was home to collect the parcel. It would be good to be able to see the phones in a list with the attributes (size, model, memory, release date etc) to compare when purchasing. I had to make a spreadsheet to do this myself.
