I reached out to customer service to see if a particular item was available locally through one of their stores as I was going to be traveling and preferred to have the item on hand not knowing how long I'd be gone for. I was told I could have the item shipped to one of the local stores and it would be available upon my return, but I opted to have the item shipped to my travel destination as it was a gift. Customer service was confident they could get the package to me in the travel window I anticipated and went above and beyond expectations by upgrading the shipping to priority mail - at no further cost! The item reached me in time (despite a slight snafu in the tracking system) and I, along with its recipient, were happy campers! Thanks for the great customer service!

RE: Premium Outlet Mall South, Las Vegas. I was at the shop a few days ago and I had one of the best experiences as a customer. The saleswoman, LeAnna, was simply second to none! Not only did she know all arrays of men's perfume brands and types by heart, she was also able to figure out what my preferences were and what I was looking for. As a result, she introduced me to a variety of colognes that I had not known about but were very good and exactly fit what I was looking for. She was pleasant, patient and absolutely professional.
