The package was delivered in a timely manner and that was appreciated. The website was very clear on details about what different options were available and ultimately that is what helped me with my decision on what to order. I have a wired HyperX Cloud2 headset that I've been using for about 8 years and could not be happier with the product so far as it serves all of my needs and is reliable, which I'm hoping that quality transfers to the newest headset I purchased. So far I'm very happy with the headset I recently ordered. However, the Ngenuity App that connects the headset to phones desperately needs help since it won't recognize my device even when it's connected, seriously that app does not work at all and the reviews for it speak for itself.
