Only half the products I ordered turned up and the customer service to deal with this issue has been horrendous. A month on and I do not have my missing item or a refund for it.

I was excited for this until it leaked when I opened the package because the top of the bottle doesn’t close which can make it get wasted and after paying £8 for it I expect better a gift card or something would be nice
