Altitude is a good company to purchase from. Efficient and thorough. You can 'chat' online and do returns and reorder things if you don't have the right size. I've become a member so I can order and return from them easily. Size up half a size with these boots. We've had to return and reorder.

Everything is online these days and it totally beats line-ups and mall crowds. The lifetime membership is a huge bonus on top of their already competitive prices!

First of all, my jacket came exactly as pictured. I ordered my Adali on a Friday, shipping was supposed to take 3 business days, it came on Monday! I live in Toronto and this jacket is perfect for the climate. It looks fashionable and is still functional. It does run a little small, the salesperson in Mackage did mention that. It’s not bulky or heavy but keeps you warm and is very flattering with a snug fit. The waist is slightly tapered and hits just at the hip. I’ve wanted this jacket for years but was always put off by the price. Altitude is the only place that had it on some type of promotion and with the membership it made the deal even better.

Great pair of pants/shorts for travelling. Comes with plastic waistbelt no need to take it off passing thru metal detectors at airports when travelling, large pockets to stuff things, perfect for travelling from cold to warm places and vice versa since you can convert it as pants or shorts, it was bit long for me but its not a deal breaker, hopefully they can update the design to taper from the knees towards the ankles. As always received product in 2 days, advantage of being a member, altitude sports also comes with excellent customer support.

The membership is worthwhile to have in the long run. Overall, it will pay for itself. Plus, AS holds promos for the membership throughout the year so there are times when you an purchase it for less than full price. Overall, it's good to have if you make purchases from AS frequently.
