Shipping was fast ,the order was well packaged, the size chart is spot on, the helmet is super comfortable.

I had de provious generation and loved it. This one is lighter, better venilated and more comfortable for my head. So nothing but good things to say on my end.

Poor return process, docked nearly $100 from my return to ship back the helmet that didn't fit. I would have just kept the other helmet had I known this

Great customer service

£8 delivery is very expensive for a pair of gloves. That could be a lot cheaper but delivery was pretty quick. Need to do better on the delivery pricing.

I bought an helmet for my son and it was too small. I returned and still waiting for the refund before i can purchae a larger size. It’s been over a mount from the purchase original purchase. Very slow and disapointed
