Not what I expected. I need sunglasses that I can see through the entire lens, not just a tiny spot at the bottom Very disappointing What can I do?

The glasses took three weeks to come. The lenses are foggy and we were overcharged about $15 from the original price. We want to return them and can’t get anybody to actually talk to us about this. Please send a Customer Service number.
