The sneakers were a different color than what they said they were. I reached out twice ti NO RESPONSE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT SO BE READY TO KEEP WHATEVER YOU PURCHASE WEITHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!! They wanted to charge me for the shipping and a restocking fee and I feel it's horrible. You should provide the items you promise and this is something you have not done!! You will never get my business again!! Google review is next. I will let everyone know.

Beautiful and very comfortable sandals. Good communication after purchase and fast shipping.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. First, the shoebox arrived damaged and crushed on one side because it was mailed in a bag and not a sturdy box. Second, the shoes had a very strong smell when I took them out of the box. Third, the shoes were smaller than a typical size 7. Fourth, the shoes were very rigid and uncomfortable. Fifth, when I wanted to return the shoes there was not a simple return form on the website and I had to email three times before I got someone from customer service to help me initiate a return. Finally, I was told I had to pay over $35 to mail back the shoes. I will not be buying from this company again.
