These felt very cheap when I tried them on. I am returning them so I can purchase something of higher quality. I would say they are true to size, and look nice, but they would clearly be uncomfortable after wearing for any extended period of time. They are not to the standard of quality I am seeking to wear for my wedding day.

The shoes are perfect for my wedding and I love that the team wanted to make them for me even when they were out of stock. I see however that the finish of the shoe is not quite what it should be. If you look close it seems like it was put together rather quickly. Another detail was the rather chemical smell when I opened the box. Nevertheless, I was really happy with the service and glad to have a shoe that is the colour and shape as I imagined.

Ordered these boots but ended up returning them. Unfortunately, they look worse in person than in the photos — the quality of the material was disappointing. They appeared much more refined and stylish online.

I adore this well made, feminine loafer. Disappointed that the ‘cognac’ color did not match photo; it was much more pale. I returned and re-ordered, but they came back pale and washed out in color. I really wanted that rich, cognac color that was pictured.

Love these boots. The leather is beautiful and soft, and they are quite comfortable on my older feet. I was a little hesitant to wear shoes with somewhat pointy toes but have no problem wearing these. My young and fashionable daughter was rather surprised how nice and fashionable these boots are because they truly are much nicer than shown in the picture. I’m glad I purchased them.
