Ordering and delivery was seamless and relatively quick, and the sandals were packaged up really well to avoid them getting squashed or scratched. Highly recommend.

As far as Täōs as a company, I am not really impressed. I looked everywhere online to find the Crave boots instore so I could try before I buy, with no luck. Considering how much we pay for the products, the return is on us, which is quite an amount when the boots are as heavy as they are. The "no returns on sale items" isn't a good thing either, especially for newcomers who may have chosen their normal size, yet found it was too small, or if the product is too uncomfortable to wear.

Love your brand and your customer service thank you. I will continue to only wear your brand ! The arch support is fantastic and love that the styles are “young” because most arch support shoes are old fashioned! Thank you for such high quality trendy shoes. I have so many pairs now !

Great fit, comfortable and a good looking shoe.

Smart and comfortable shoe but the removable arch support is too thick/deep and makes the foot sit 'higher' in the shoe. This puts pressure on the big toe. A larger size wouldn't help. It's not length but depth that is the issue. My solution is simply to remove the insert. Fortunately I don't need orthotics which would be awkward in these shoes. Apart from that I really like them and they are comfortable for all-day wear.
